Richard is a seasoned entrepreneur, attorney and visionary in real estate. He founded and built Condo.com and Houses.com into nationwide brokerage platforms that helped millions of people buy, sell and invest in real estate. With 20+ years experience as a broker, real estate attorney and developer, Richard delivers unmatched counsel and strategic insight to every transaction. A lifelong sailor, he most recently completed a trans-Pacific crossing.

Brian is a proven sales agent, investor and accomplished sailing professional with 20 years expereince. He has completed over $100M in real estate transactions and built a successful multifamily / retail investment portfolio, giving him a deep understanding of both the South Florida market and the drivers of long-term value.
